We do not ask for any deposit up front. Please let us know in advance should you decide to cancel a previously booked service so that we can make the vehicle and driver available to other customers. To cancel a reservation, just send an email to contact@letusdrivetours.com. All cancellations must be made by email and confirmed by the company. The cancellation is free of charge, however, we still ask that you to kindly notify us ASAP.

Train station: you will meet your driver trackside. He will be holding a signboard with your name on it.
Airport: you will meet your driver right outside the arrival gate. He will be holding a signboard with your name on it.
Hotels/Other Guest Accommodations: you will meet your driver at the entrance of the building.
Port of Naples: you will meet your driver outside the terminal building. He will be holding a signboard with your name on it.
Port of Salerno: you will meet your driver at the end of the gangway. He will be holding a signboard with your name on it.
Port of Amalfi/Sorrento: you will meet your driver dockside where your tender boat moors. He will be holding a signboard with your name on it.

The Sorrento and Amalfi ports can be cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions that could prevent anchorage. When this happens, the ship usually goes to the Naples or the Salerno port, which are about 1 hour away. Please inform us as soon as the captain communicates your new destination. If for any reason you aren’t able to contact us, please wait for your driver. He will be there to meet you but, unfortunately, there is no way to know about delays or cancellations with cruises, as with flights or trains;.
